In a landmark moment for motorsport in the Kingdom, Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors – Ford announced its thrilling entry into the FIA World Rally Championship as the M-Sport Ford World Rally Team prepares to take on the final round of the WRC, hosted for the first time ever in Jeddah from 26 to 29 November 2025.
Supported by the Ministry of Sports and overseen by the Saudi Automobile & Motorcycle Federation, this milestone cements M-Sport and Ford’s bold return to global motorsport and marks a new era for rallying in Saudi Arabia.
The press conference, held at the Ford MYNM Jeddah Main showroom, delivered electric energy as the M-Sport Ford team—drivers, co-drivers, technical crew, and leadership—made their official debut appearance in the Kingdom. Media, influencers, and fans filled the venue as they unveiled the M-Sport Ford Puma Rally1 contenders that will go head-to-head in the decisive season finale.
Team drivers Grégoire Munster, Josh McErlean, and Mārtiņš Sesks, shared their excitement about experiencing Saudi terrain for the first time—calling the Jeddah round “a high-stakes stage unlike any other, and a defining moment for the team.”

Ahead of the championship, the Puma Rally1 cars underwent final inspection at the state-of-the-art MYNM service facility, giving Ford’s aftersales and technical teams exclusive access to the advanced engineering and rally-ready power that define Ford’s motorsport pedigree.
