Showcasing Culinary Innovation: The 7th Season of “Chefs Carnival” Concludes with Grand Success

The “Chefs Carnival Club” officially concluded its seventh season amidst high engagement and wide public acclaim. The event wrapped up five days of creative competition that gathered elite culinary talents in an enriched experience, reflecting a sophisticated level of professionalism and innovation in the culinary arts.
A Strong Launch and Professional Organization
The festivities kicked off on Wednesday, January 13, and ran through Saturday, January 17. The opening ceremony featured an introduction by Dr. Huwaida Jamal Al-Lail, the visionary behind the “Huwaida Culinary Carnival” (formerly known as the Culinary Carnival) and UN MTC Ambassador for Management and Training.
The competition was spearheaded by international Saudi judges and partners since the fifth season: Dr. Chef Mounira Al-Yaman and Dr. Chef Waad Falamban, both UN MTC ambassadors. Their supervision, alongside the Chefs Carnival Club team, ensured the event reached a high standard of organizational excellence.
Honoring Pioneers and Food Ambassadors
The opening ceremony witnessed the recognition of the strategic partner, Manaf Industrial Food Co. Furthermore, Chef Ihsan Mandoura was awarded the title of “Ambassador of Goodwill and Peace in Food and Culinary Arts” in recognition of his fruitful efforts in advancing the culinary community.
In a significant milestone, Chef Firdaus Jawhar was granted membership in the UN MTC organization for her excellence in bringing the “Sate & Soto” Javanese cuisine brand to the highest standards of food safety and quality.
