Alessandro Sambuco – FIM Europe Secretary General
“We wanted to launch this Conference based on needs and expectations. The first need is to make the European sports press fully aware of how the Olympic movement works for a better world, as it is structured and organized from top to bottom. The second need is to describe in detail how the International and National Motorcycle Federations fit in and operate within this framework. The third need is to examine from a technological and legal point of view how artificial intelligence has changed reporting and sports photography and what opportunities and threats are, the latter also evaluated from a legal point of view. The expectations are great: to improve the quality of European motorcycle sports communication, to consolidate the network between professionals and to seize the opportunities offered by technology without lending their support to the threats they may represent. But the greatest expectation is to make this Conference an annual event in order to represent a permanent laboratory for building more effective communication for the entire motorcycle world”.
