Dave’s Hot Chicken, the cult-favorite LA-born brand known for its Nashville-style hot chicken, has officially opened its doors at Roshn Front, with the launch of its fourth store in Riyadh. This milestone highlights the brand’s growing popularity in the Kingdom, bringing it’s crave-worthy flavors and signature spice to one of the city’s most dynamic lifestyle hubs.
Walid Hajj, CEO of Lavoya Group, stated: “We’re incredibly excited to celebrate our fourth opening in Riyadh, especially in a landmark location like Roshn Front. Riyadh has truly embraced Dave’s Hot Chicken since our debut, and this launch reflects our commitment to delivering bold flavors to fans while continuing to grow across the Kingdom.”
The Roshn Front opening reinforces Lavoya Group’s dedication to expanding Dave’s Hot Chicken’s footprint in Saudi Arabia and catering to its ever-growing fan base. Strategically located, the new branch is designed to serve both residents and visitors at one of Riyadh’s busiest and most popular destinations.
Known for its Hot Chicken Sliders, Tenders, and Dave’s Bites, fans can choose any of the seven spice levels, ranging from No Spice to the infamous Reaper™, a fiery challenge that requires a signed waiver. Pair it with sides like creamy Mac & Cheese, fresh Kale Slaw, Top-Loaded Fries, and indulgent milkshakes or slushers for the ultimate flavor-packed experience.
The new branch captures the unmistakable Dave’s Hot Chicken vibe, with energetic interiors and welcoming seating options that suit both groups and solo diners. Whether you’re hanging out with friends, grabbing a quick meal, or exploring Roshn Front, it’s the perfect spot to satisfy your cravings.
This opening marks yet another exciting chapter in Dave’s Hot Chicken’s growth story in Saudi Arabia, with more expansions planned to meet the Kingdom’s insatiable appetite for bold, unforgettable flavors.

About Dave’s Hot Chicken
In a modern-day American dream story, three childhood friends, Chef Dave Kopushyan, Arman Oganesyan, and Tommy Rubenyan, scraped together $900 to launch Dave’s Hot Chicken in a parking lot, portable fryers and folding tables in tow, in 2017. Dave’s Hot Chicken quickly took off, opening an East Hollywood brick-and-mortar restaurant shortly after, with support from Tommy’s brother, Gary. In 2019, the team struck a deal with Wetzel’s Pretzels co-founder and former CEO, Bill Phelps, to begin franchising the Dave’s Hot Chicken concept, with Billboard’s Artist of the Decade, Drake, investing in the brand as well. The company has sold the rights to more than 1,000 franchise locations in the U.S., Middle East, and Canada and will open 80-plus locations this year. Harkening back to an Eater LA blog that helped propel early interest in the brand; the company’s mission is to “blow their minds.”
